Rehan's real estate career commenced in 1997 working at global real estate companies JLL and CBRE, initially in the office leasing and development markets, moving in to Capital Markets in 2006. He co-founded Zaman Roberts in 2013 and advises a group of clients from Private Equity, Institutions, Property Companies and Private Investors

This combination of experience and skills led Rehan to become a leading dealer in the North West office market both in up-and-let and development deals.

His client base is small and concentrated amongst a group of investors and developers who value Rehan’s focussed approach to client service, his water tight confidentiality and his deep understanding of the market. This client base takes him beyond the Manchester office market and into wider sectors and geographies.
