The property is situated directly opposite the entrance to Dover Marina and on the main thoroughfare to the Port of Dover. The transaction was a forward commitment.

Industrial Acquisition

Following Practical Completion of the units pre-let to DPD and DHL, the acquisition of the final two phases at Preston EAST has completed. The development is the region’s best-located logistics site, just metres from Junction 31A of the M6.

In aggregate, Preston East extends to 223,000 sq ft and was delivered by HBD and Barnfield Construction. The transaction saw the acquisition of three fully let buildings and a development plot, with an overall WAULT in the region of 16 years.
