Adam started his career at JLL in 2002 working with Rehan in the office leasing and development team. He moved in to the Capital Markets team in 2007 where he advised on large scale transactions across the north west of England.11 years after joining JLL, Adam co-founded Zaman Roberts where he provides top-line advice to a client base who benefit from his deep understanding of all Real Estate sectors. This has led Adam to deal with major transactions both in development and up-and-let investments, income strips and annuity transactions

Adam has experience of working on the highest profile projects in the regions and has a deep understanding of the office, retail and industrial sectors.

His work rate, commitment and outstanding analytical and modelling skills leads Adam into complex deals for his clients who are assured of first rate attention to detail and delivery.
